What is your minimum call-out fee?

Our minimum call-out is 1.25 hours during regular hours and 1.5 hours during overtime, which covers 0.5 hours of travel and 0.75 hours of on-site work. This is standard across the industry.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, e-Transfers, and cheques.
